# Copy a file from local machine to the cluster
scp local.dat <name>@hpc.troja.mff.cuni.cz:/path/to/
# Sync a directory (recommended for repeated transfers)
rsync -avzP ./results/ <name>@hpc.troja.mff.cuni.cz:/path/to/results/
